The Makita DDF483 is a lightweight and compact drill driver with a length of just 162mm making it ideal for kitchen fitters. Powered by an efficient brushless DC motor which can provide around 30% more run time per battery charge than its brushed counterparts and is virtually maintenance free. With a 2 speed gearbox and 20 torque settings this unit is suitable for drilling steel up to 13mm and wood up to 36mm. Twin LED lights will brighten up those dark areas and a soft rubber moulded handle will ensure a firm grip at all times. Compatible with all 18v LXT batteries and covered by Makita’s 3 year warranty subject to online registration.
